Movie Title : Fear The Forest - Steve's Review

I gave this movie a look because Anna Kendrick was in it, all I can say is that this must have been made at the earliest start of her career and she did it for the paycheck. It's basically a lame big foot story with weak characters and a predictable story line. I can't recommend this movie unless you're extremely bored and somewhat masochistic. This is another one I found at the bottom the Amazon Prime horror catalog and now I know why it's at the bottom. Do yourself a favor and give this one a pass.

Long ago the Native Indians feared and respected it as a "God" But,
just recently a very stealthy "Ghost-Like Creature" was thought to be
killing people in the Dark unforgiving woods. Some disappearing without
a trace and never to be found. Then a $2.5 Million Dollar bounty was on
for the capture of this "unknown creature" with a massive Hunter search party,
but nothing found. A group of five fearless, young men and women venture into
the deep woods for a weekend getaway to find this mystical creature,
but to their demise the killing starts again and one by one the five are hunted,
down, culled away and killed up to the last of the survivors. Time runs out on each
of the last members, now the remaining 2 must run for their own lives, or fall Prey
to the legend that still survives in Fear The Forest.

If you think that you want to see this movie because Anna Kendrick is in it, think again. It stars Anna Kendrick but it is not the same Anna Kendrick who is in "Up in the Air" and "Twilight" but a different actress altogether. The movie is watchable, barely, with extremely poor production values, and is certainly not worth the present purchase price.
