Child vs. child?
The "child" of the title is actually a demon who craves human flesh. Lukas is the leader of a satanic cult that worships the demon and sees that he gets want he really, really wants...succulent, scantily-clad young women to devour. The cult lures the women by pretending to conduct auditions for a part in a horror movie. Then the women are tracked down, abducted (in their underwear, of course) and caged to await their fates.

The film-makers manage to take this loaded premise and fire blanks. Nudity and hot babes abound, but so do incompetent directing, bad acting and tedious dialog. There is not a shred of excitement, suspense or even humor. I wanted to give this one star, but I gave it two for the pair of little brothers whose investigative skills are way ahead of the bland, witless detective assigned to the case. Instead of being a menacing villain, Lukas is just a pitiable old fool. Sample dialog - Caged girl: "What's going on here?" Lukas: "What do you mean?" And...
